Position Description:
  • The Inside Sales Person will support sales and marketing efforts.
  • He/ She will generate and qualify leads. You will generate new business opportunity through cold calling / internet etc and when a company is identified as a strong candidate for Visualr, the incumbent will research that company and determine who are the key decision makers or influencers for these product and services, and then make contact with them and qualify as a lead.
  • Set up a conference call or meeting between the Lead and a Business Development Team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the marketing team as well as with Business Development Team to whom the qualified leads will be passed.
  • You are required to take Project initiatives; research web sites and conduct other marketing activities as required.
  • Build and maintain a database of leads by conducting research on contact information and qualifying leads.
  • Increase knowledge and stay up-to-date with our company’s service offerings and the Master Data Management domain, and other domains that the company may become involved.

Hard Skills:
  • Identification and articulation of value of product
  • Master in managing leads, opportunities, sales-cycle, pipeline and forecasting
  • Knowledge of how various technologies are employed to leverage business benefits
  • Familiarity with selling software technology and or WAP technology
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills,written and verbal, with emphasis on listening and on preparing proposals
  • Ability to create and follow a scripted list of questions to ask prospects
  • Organized ability to work through a list and document results in a spreadsheet or database
Core Competencies:
  • Proven track record in B2B sales or marketing role (Inside Sales / Lead Generation)
  • At least 1 year of experience in an inside sales representative role selling software services
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, problem solving abilities.
  • Comfortable with prospecting and cold calling
  • Well organized, can manage multiple customers' needs, prospect for new accounts, stay ahead of industry trends, and develop new markets.
  • Strong customer relationship building skills

Qualification:

  • Diploma or degree holder from any recognised multimedia academy
