Best RAMs For Asus Sabertooth Z77 2022

On my Z77, I haven’t done anything with the RAM, but I would recommend sticking to one brand rather than utilizing two distinct types because they could potentially cause issues and give you problems similar to the ones you’re experiencing.

Personally, if it were me, I’d look into purchasing some alternative ram to replace what you currently have, as it appears that they are all 2Gb sticks(?) Moreover, you’re using up all four available slots, and you only have 8GB of RAM, which is plenty for the most basic tasks, but you could be better off with a little more. For memory, I’m using 4 x 4Gbs in my Z77, and I’m just running them at standard 1866 with the XMP timings (I couldn’t be arsed to be honest with you about modifying the RAM, because it’s not going to provide me a huge amount of performance advantages). We have listed some of the Best RAMs For Asus Sabertooth Z77 below. Do check them out.

Anything over 2133Mhz on a Z77 is fairly good, but I’d consider some solid timings and maybe 1866 to 2000Mhz to be the sweet spot for this particular processor. Because they are 4Gb or 8Gb sticks, maybe some TridentX stuff or something around the 2133Mhz to 2400Mhz range and just fiddle with the timings a little to modify them might be your best chance.

With Z77, you want to move quickly. The truly sweet spot is around 2400. You want to aim for a CL9 score of 2400 or higher. If you are able to obtain it, consider yourself really fortunate. In order to see if you can do better than that, start saving money for a trip to the local casino. As a result, you’ll be considered one of the luckiest guys on the face of the planet. Don’t be discouraged if all you can obtain is 2400 CL10 or CL11 points. You’re a lucky person who happens to be average. The same as the rest of us. With the exception of me, recently.

I propose picking up a few Samsung M378B5273DH0-CH9 cheap USB flash drives. I’ve got two 4×4 kits of that thing, both of which do 2400 11-11-11 at the same time. And performs on par with my Team Xtreem LV 32GB kit at 2400 on 10-12-12 (see comparison). The Trident X, on the other hand, only marginally outperforms it. Overall, if you couple your 3770K with a processor that can handle at least 2400, you’ll be competing with the top of the best. At that time, attempting to get the finest possible timings will not yield any benefit. The raw speed, on the other hand, will. It’s 2400 or nothing. Lowering the speed and tightening the timings will not result in improved performance. And, at least in my experience, getting a consistent score higher than 2400 on IVB is impossible. However, if you are unable to achieve 2400 24/7 stability with your 3770K, it is most likely due to a faulty motherboard. Every 3570K(x3) and 3770K(x2) processor I’ve had has done (and/or continues to do) 2400 MHz steady for 24 hours a day on my MSI Z77 motherboards (Z77A-GD55, Z77A-GD65 Gaming, Z77 MPower).

The Crucial Ballistix Sport LT DDR4 memory is the latest addition to the company’s DDR4 memory collection, and it comes in a vibrant red color. It is essentially the same as the Grey version (which was the first Ballistix Sport LT DDR4) and the White version in appearance. The design of the heat spreader is essentially the same, with the exception of the digital camo-themed heat spreader.

The Crucial Ballistix Sport LT DDR4 is designed specifically for the latest Intel platforms (100 series and X99), and it has a four-channel memory architecture that maximizes data rates and speeds, with speeds starting at 2400 MT/s. Obviously, when compared to the ordinary Crucial DDR4 memory, this memory kit is faster and more responsive than the previous model. It supports the Intel XMP 2.0 profile, as do the vast majority of memory modules, and it is backed by a limited lifetime warranty from the manufacturer.

The Ballistix Sport LT series is intended for performance enthusiasts, gamers, and anyone else who simply wants to get more performance out of their computer system or gaming rig. According to our testing, Ballistix Sport LT DDR4 lineup does not appear to offer (very) high XMP clock speeds when compared to the competition. In actuality, the majority of Crucial’s DDR4 memory modules operate at speeds ranging from 2400MHz to 2666MHz alone. However, this does not rule out the possibility that their memory kits are of high quality. The vast majority (if not all) of motherboards should be able to identify and authenticate them without issue, and you should be able to adjust the XMP with relative simplicity when operating at these safe speeds. Actually, one of the objectives of Crucial’s memory is to accomplish this.

The Ballistix Sport LT DDR4 memory from Crucial was designed to be a plug-and-play memory that requires little to no configuration. Of course, if you want to overclock the memory, that’s a different issue, and you’ll need to make a number of changes to the memory’s configuration, including increasing the voltage if necessary.

In the screenshots below, you can see the SPD information for this memory kit, which was extracted from AIDA64’s report, along with its specifications sheet. Continue on to the following page and take a deeper look at the memory that has been evoked by the story thus far.
